Selling your property
A flat R450.00, once-off. That's it: no commission, no percentage of your sale price, no monthly fee. Your listing is live for 30 days from the moment payment is confirmed.
Tap “List your property”and fill in your details: your name, contact number and email, then the property itself (address, price, type, bedrooms, size, features and a description). Add your photos, optionally add times you’re available to show it, tick the disclosure and terms boxes, and pay. Your listing goes live within minutes of payment.
We email you a private link when you start your listing. That link is how you manage it, no account or password needed for the token-based flow. Bookmark it, or search your email for it whenever you need to make a change. If you were given a real login by us directly, sign in and it takes you straight there.
Yes. Open your private management link, and under "Edit your listing" you can change any of the details or add and remove photos, at any time your listing is live. There's no extra charge for this and no limit on how many times you update it.
Up to 16. The first photo you add becomes the cover photo, but you can remove it and add a new one at any time, whichever photo is first becomes the new cover.
Your listing comes down automatically. If it hasn't sold yet, open your management link and renew for another 30 days for another R450.00, whenever you're ready. Nothing renews automatically, and you're never charged without doing it yourself.
Open your management link and tap "Mark as sold". Your listing comes down from the site immediately. It stays visible to you in your own dashboard for 5 days afterward, then it's removed automatically.
South African law requires a seller to disclose any defect they know of in the property, in writing, before a sale. We ask you to confirm you've done this and that you'll disclose anything you know of to a buyer directly. We don't collect the document itself, that's between you and your buyer, but you do need to have done it.
No. We’re an advertising platform, not an estate agent. We don’t negotiate on your behalf, don’t screen buyers, don’t attend viewings and don’t take a cut of your sale price. You keep everything the property sells for. See our Property Listings terms for the full detail.
Directly. Every listing shows a WhatsApp button and, unless you've switched it off, a Call button and an enquiry form too. You can choose "WhatsApp only" when listing, which hides the Call button and the form so buyers can only reach you there.
Yes. Your management link shows a running view count and every lead (a buyer who's asked to view or been in touch) right at the top, so you can see at a glance whether your listing is getting attention.
Buying a property
Yes. Every listing on KatisoBiz Property is advertised directly by the person selling it. We don't verify the listing or vouch for the property itself, we're the advertising platform, not a party to the sale, so do the same checks you'd do buying from any private seller.
WhatsApp or call the seller directly from the listing page, or fill in the enquiry form if one's shown. If the seller has added specific viewing times, you can pick one when you enquire.
Your enquiry goes directly to the seller and nowhere else. We don't sell or share your details with anyone beyond that, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act.
Staying safe
No. Enquiring about or viewing a property never costs money. Be wary of anyone asking for a deposit or fee before you've viewed the property, met the seller, and involved a conveyancing attorney. If something feels wrong about a listing, message us and we'll look into it.
Yes, message us using the form at the bottom of this page, or WhatsApp us, and tell us the property and what's wrong. A real person reviews every report.
Ask us anything
